Terms and Conditions Seacliffe Staycation – Glamping Accommodation

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Seacliffe Staycation. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Booking and Payment 1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Seacliffe Staycation. 1.2 Payment may be made online via PayPal or in cash where agreed in advance. 1.3 A booking is not confirmed until payment (or agreed deposit) has been received. 2. Prices 2.1 All prices are stated in GBP (£) and apply to accommodation only, unless otherwise stated. 2.2 Seacliffe Staycation reserves the right to amend prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy 3.1 Strict cancellation policy applies. 3.2 Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost. 3.3 Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will receive no refund. 3.4 No refunds are available for early departures, no-shows, or unused nights. 3.5 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 4. Check-in and Check-out 4.1 Check-in and check-out times will be provided prior to arrival and must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed. 4.2 Late departures may result in additional charges. 5. Guest Responsibilities 5.1 Guests must take reasonable care of the accommodation, furnishings, equipment, and surrounding property. 5.2 The accommodation must be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon departure. 5.3 Any damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning required as a result of a guest’s stay will be charged to the guest. 5.4 Seacliffe Staycation reserves the right to recover costs for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning. 1 6. Damage and Loss 6.1 Guests are fully liable for any damage caused to the accommodation, furnishings, fixtures, or grounds during their stay. 6.2 Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to Seacliffe Staycation. 6.3 Charges for damage or loss may be applied after checkout where necessary. 7. Behaviour and Conduct 7.1 Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times. 7.2 Unacceptable behaviour, including but not limited to excessive noise, antisocial conduct, damage to property, or behaviour that causes distress or risk to others, will not be tolerated. 7.3 Seacliffe Staycation reserves the right to ask guests to leave immediately in cases of unacceptable behaviour. 7.4 In such circumstances, no refunds will be issued. 8. Maximum Occupancy 8.1 The maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking must not be exceeded. 8.2 Seacliffe Staycation reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay if occupancy limits are breached. 9. Health and Safety 9.1 Guests must follow all health and safety instructions provided. 9.2 Seacliffe Staycation accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay, except where caused by negligence. 10. Force Majeure 10.1 Seacliffe Staycation shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions. 11. Privacy 11.1 Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for managing bookings and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law. 12.
